Swift & Staley Training Partners
Swift & Staley works in the community to assist in training programs across a broad spectrum of needs. We work with the West Kentucky Community & Technical College to provide support in specialized training areas that allow students to make advancements in their professional careers. Swift & Staley also works with Western Kentucky Construction Association, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America to enhance the skills of the craft workers.

Swift & Staley is diligent in ensuring employees remain in compliance with the training necessary to perform their jobs.

Employees are encouraged to achieve their full career potential through tuition reimbursement for approved course work.

Swift & Staley is pleased to announce a collaborative training initiative with
West Kentucky Community & Technical College’s Training Center for Community and Economic Development designed to enhance the skill level of participating employees. The initial course offerings include Supervisory & Leadership Certification Training.
