Teaming Partners

In 2003, Swift & Staley formed a teaming agreement with Wastren, Inc. and Washington Group International (Swift & Staley Team (SST)) to bid the infrastructure services contract at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The teaming concept allows us to provide exceptional services to our customers. Teaming partners bring in staff to work side-by-side with Swift & Staley employees, thereby making it a seamless entity. Teaming partners sometimes subcontract for services to supplement their own mix of employees.

Simply stated, the teaming approach creates a synergy that allows us to accomplish more than we possibly could as a single company.

 Wastren Advantage, Incorporated
Formerly Wastren, Inc., is a provider of management and technical consulting, field services in the areas of regulatory compliance, waste management, environmental remediation, decontamination and decommissioning, safeguards and security, and facilities operations and maintenance. WAI provides Information Technology for the Paducah site.

 Washington Division
URS is a leading provider of engineering, construction, and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world. The Washington Division provides support for Environment, Safety, and Health, and Quality Assurance activities for the Paducah site.
