DOE Infrastructure
In 2003, Swift & Staley formed a Team with Wastren Advantage Inc. and URS Corporation (Swift & Staley Team (SST)) to perform the infrastructure services contract at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant and to provide exceptional services to our customers. Team Subcontractors bring in staff to work side-by-side with Swift & Staley employees, thereby making it a seamless entity.
Swift & Staley is responsible for performing infrastructure and landlord activities at PGDP. Swift & Staley provides the labor, subcontractors, facilities, equipment, materials, and supplies to accomplish the following services:

Swift & Staley performs other support activities that include intra-site mail, operation of the DOE Environmental Information Center, office relocation services, temporary furniture storage, engineering services in support of Swift & Staley activities, payment of local residents' water bills, and payment of utilities for the local DOE and contractor office buildings.
